This session explores how XML is powering integration of data in various systems at several legal aid programs. We also cover the National Subject Matter Index and the new Index Updater Tool.

  • Kentucky & Georgia: Using XML to bridge Case Management and Statewide Websites (Advocate Sites)
  • Michigan: Using XML to bridge case referrals between two legal aid programs
  • Maine: Using XML to create an easy-to-use online intake form for volunteer lawyers that integrates with their case management system
  • Virginia: Using XML to integrate hotline scripts and questionnaires into their case management system
  • Coming Soon: Document Sharing between any statewide website
