As many websites encounter a more diverse client base, it is important to explore the best ways to communicate with non- or limited English proficiency (LEP) speakers in need of legal assistance. This training focuses on the importance of multilingual content on statewide websites and the best practices to ensure that language barriers do not isolate users.

This training is co-sponsored by LSNTAP and Pro Bono Net, and will be presented by NTAP's David Bonebrake and PBN's Liz Keith.
