Legal aid programs have been proficient at developing paper and online systems to capture data -- of documents and clients -- over the past ten years. But can these systems integrate to improve our ability to process less paper and more clients in need? This training will showcase several programs across the country who have used a technology called XML to ensure one system talks to another. You'll hear about Kentucky and Georgia's experiences in linking their case management systems with their advocate statewide website library. You'll hear about Maine's project to link a shorter online intake system used for volunteer lawyers that do remote intake to Maine's central case management system. And much more! Join us for XML in action to find out how these opportunities are available to you. |
