Signing up (Online Form) for InterCall's Reservationless Plus is Easy!
Simply sign up by calling or completing the online form. You'll be given access to the toll-free conference call service. You will not be billed for any charges until you use it, and are billed monthly. Each account you create is used singly -- by one staff person -- because concurrent calls on the same account cannot occur. However, you can create as many as you want for your frequent conference call users. There are no extra charges.
1. Need One Account? Sign up online or by Phone.
You can go to: http://www.intercall.com/national/ntap/ to sign up. Once you hit submit, you will receive email confirmation of your account and conference call login. You will receive a welcome email within 30 minutes and your dial-in number within 24 hours (max).

2. Need Multiple Accounts? Call Angela or Rebecca.
If you want to set up accounts for several people in your program, simply call Rebecca (815-230-5674) or Angela (773-867-7048).
After You Sign Up...What to Expect?
Once you set up your account, you'll receive a welcome email and your conference call account to use. Within 7 days, you will also receive a wallet phone card with the numbers and keypad commands you'll need. InterCall will bill your program directly for the rate per minute per participant.
There are many other features that most legal aid programs won't use because they cost more. Some of these features, such as recording a call, are available to you for the cost of an additional participant per minute for the duration of your call/meeting. Some of the features, such as getting a transcript of the call or operator assistance, will require contacting Angela or Rebecca to set up prior to your call.
