Gene Donney is a Project Coordinator with NTAP. Gene works on capacity building and sustainability, particularly with respect to NTAP's LegalMeetings, aduio conferencing and Poverty Law Survey Tool projects. He holds degrees in both Management and Marketing from Western Carolina University and is currently working on a Graduate Certification from the University of Montana in non profit administration. Prior to his service with NTAP, Gene was a co-founder and executive with Aqua Maestro, Inc, North America's Leading Source for fine bottled water. Among many duties, Gene was responsible for the creation of Aqua Maestro's web presence, and eventually its robust e-commerce model.
