What are the Steps to Using LegalMeetings?
- Sign the Agreement and complete the Online Registration Form.
- After we receive the signed agreement and registration, we will activate your account.
- You will receive a confirmation email from GoToMeeting Care. A link inside the email will take you to a website to download the Citrix product (which should take less than a minute) and designate your program's password. Learn more about Setting Up an Account: PowerPoint | PDF)
- Email your staff telling them to download the application.
- Learn about using LegalMeetings through our training materials and upcoming LegalMeetings Roundtables. You can also download the Citrix Organizer Manual or PowerPoints or attend a Citrix training on GoToMeeting that occurs every Tuesday and Thursday, open door.
- Contact Gene Donney (gene_at_LSNTAP.org or 1-310-776-7576) to schedule a program-wide training on LegalMeetings for Poverty Law.
- To encourage your staff to use LegalMeetings, we suggest sending them to the LegalMeetings Training Resources page, which has PowerPoints and materials on exactly how to schedule and start meetings and set up a training.
