When you join a meeting, even if you don't think you've logged in, sometimes your name is listed as the generic name of your program's account -- not your name. This can be confusing if you want people to see your name, not Legal Aid of XXX.

There are two fixes:

1. Within the meeting, click on File | Edit Your Name and Email. Type in the email and name you want viewed instead.

2. For future meetings, right-click on the Citrix flower icon. Select Log Out BEFORE you select Join a Meeting. This will disable the "Remember Me" feature so that it won't remember you as that name.
